Charlie and Amy were fantastic throughout this entire process. Warm yet professional, the open house and the sale went very smoothly. They were informative and basically explained the entire process from start to finish. Highly recommend them!!!!
Amy and Charley are very supportive throughout the whole process. They will answer all your questions. They practically hold your hand through it all. They told us not to waste time or money on painting. Our house sold in a month.
Charlie and Amy were fantastic! Their open houses drew hundreds of prospective buyers, and the house sold in three weeks for more than the asking price. Charlie and Amy were not only knowledgeable and professional, but they really took the time to explain their process and were always available to answer any questions we had. We have bought and sold homes before, but never as quickly and easily as Charlie and Amy were able to. I would absolutely use their services again and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.
